One size does not fit all and you can’t always fit a round peg into a square hole. Therapy is designed differently for everyone. Each person is individual and needs to have the therapeutic process tailored to fit individual needs. When you first come to therapy, we will gather background and history to understand what brings you therapy and how therapy can help. I have experience working with youth, adults, couples, and families in a wide range of settings and I will use that experience to find the best therapeutic approach to help you. I use a varieties of therapy modalities, to include CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. I am person centered and solution focused.
